Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments through PayPal.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We use USPS for the delivery method. You can choose between Media Mail or Priority Mail. If you live within the continental United States, most Medial Mail packages take 7 to 10 days to reach you once we have mailed the package to you.
Please be aware, however, that Media Mail can be very slow and so might take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, especially to areas outside of the continental United States. Therefore, we can make no guarantees for delivery times if you choose Media Mail as your method of shipment.
If you choose Priority Mail as your method of shipment, it typically takes from 2 to 4 days to delivery to you once we have mailed your package. Although we've found that the Post Office generally does delivery packages in a timely manner, please note that we have no control over the Post Office delivery service and so cannot guarantee that you will receive your package withing 2 to 4 days after it has been shipped.

Delivery Schedule
Where possible, we will ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them.

Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all taxable in-state orders. Our business is operated from Pennsylvania All other orders are tax free.

Credit Card Security
We currently use Paypal for all online payments to us. You do not have to be a PayPal member in order to use this service, and there is no charge to you for using PayPal for payments. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Additionally, when you pay us through PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number to us in any way, nor can we save your credit card number on our site or in our database.
PayPal is an industry-leading user of encryption. Safeguarding your financial and person information is one of their most important priorities, which is why they automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers.
When registering or logging into Paypal's site, they verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available.)

Joey B's does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. None of the information will be given out in any form unless required by law.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process.
You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:- If you have not opened the product's packaging or box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 14 days of delivery to the provided delivery address, no questions asked, as long as you have obtained an RMA number from us.
- Software that has been opened is NOT eligible for a refund.
- In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email us at softwaresales [at] at-the-shops [dot] com with Your Name, Your Order Number (the invoice number on your invoice), the Title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered.
- Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
- You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition.
- The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.
- Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.
Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
To avoid costly returns, please read the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. We cannot accept returns for opened merchandise. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.
